  • 1976-present: Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and groups.
  • 1985-present: Community service. Founding member of two non-profits and director for 5 non-profit organizations. Currently executive director of an organization devoted to addressing prejudice across lines of religion, ethnicity, gender and socio-economic status.
  • 2001-2006: Led state and national planning and implementation of the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards (phwa.org). Conducted site visits and assessments of dozens of organizations in the US and Canada.
  • 2002-2004: Authored “Psychology at Work,” a monthly column published in The Enterprise. (Reprints available)
  • 1979-1992: Directed two successful interdisciplinary clinics at the University of Utah Medical Center.
  • 1978-1992: Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, University of Utah.
