Brief Counseling
There are times in all of our lives when we can benefit from talking to someone about concerns that we may have about our lives. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by your employer gives you access to counseling services at no charge. The counseling services available through your EAP are intended to be brief - if longer term counseling is needed, arrangements will be made for you to receive services from a provider covered under your insurance.
